Sawako Kabuki is a Japanese artist and filmmaker. Her films have been selected and won many international festivals including Annecy, Ottawa, Zagreb, Sundance and SXSW. Her approach and creative ambition – therapeutic and free of inhibitions – explores her subconscious, liberating worlds often regarded as shameful.
