Céline Devaux

Biography

From her graduation film at the National School of Decorative Arts, Céline Devaux is noted for its plastic writing, scraped acrylic films and disturbing report that she establishes between the narrative and the visual. Sh has earned the César for Best Animated Short Film in 2016 for Sunday Lunch, and the Golden Lion in Venice for You Will Be Fine in 2017.

His writing and his drawings (are) animated and worked as much by the comics, the digital arts, the painting, the contemporary art, the literature, as by the musical universe of his composer Flavien Berger.
