Synopsis
From sunrise to sunset, the Little People of the Clouds, the enigmatic population living above the clouds, work tirelessly to produce the weather. In this hard-working and well-regulated atmosphere, the young and kind Claudy is not like its peers. He should already be a member of one of the squadrons of sky workers. But he has not yet found his favorite weather phenomenon. Unburdened by climatic responsibilities and driven by his boundless curiosity, Claudy brilliantly fills his daily life with all kinds of adventures, along with his best friend the unruly Flash!
