Synopsis

Paris, 1840. Rudolph of Gerolstein, a prince without fear but not without reproach, investigates the disappearance of Germain, the son of his governess, who was at war with the underworld mob and the bourgeoisie in the upper classes. He will discover a heavy secret that concerns him intimately… Let’s take advantage of new technologies to rehabilitate Eugène Sue’s incredible Mystères de Paris, in their original leaflet format (1842) but in a narration that is dusted off and offbeat, thanks to the digital animation of the engravings drawn at the time for the work.
