Opened in May 2022, the Miyu Gallery is the first gallery in the world entirely dedicated to contemporary animation. It represents the work of animation directors, who are, in essence, polytechnic and polyform, and promotes animation techniques in contemporary visual practice.

Florent Morin

Florent Morin graduated from EMCA in 2015 with his film Les ruines d’Arcadia selected national animated film festival. He then began a collaboration with Miyu where he developed a work of author of animated films and cartoonist. His first professional film, Les songes de Lhomme, was selected at FID Marseille in 2019.
Alongside his work as an author Florent Morin works as a compositing operator on many short films, including: the afternoon of Clémence de Lénaïg Le Moigne, Filles bleue peur blanches by Marie Jacotey and Lola Halifa-Legrand and Sogni al Campo de Magda Guidi and Mara Cerri.
